This is the best thing a seafood restaurant can offer. All the ingredients are fresh and the fish are caught right out of the water alive! This only shows that you'll taste the very best quality of the fish. And for me personally, if the fish is caught fresh, the flavor of it would be SO delicate to the taste buds.

There are a few of these restaurants in our area. I love when the ingredients of my dish are fresh, and like what Danny said here, it’s the best thing that a restaurant can offer. I was just bothered that you waited for 40 minutes. I hope you’re not starved to death during that time. :) Anyway, I can see that it’s worth the wait. Am I right?
