Lost your weight

Dear Friend i know you have been hated yourself too much for this long time..You know gain weight is the worst thing for me and you. The bad thing bout gain weight is you may easy felt tired and easy to become angry bird LOL..i mean getting fat can lead you to be a bad temper person.

This is the solution to those who "day after day getting weight" LOL.. ;)

You need to work out lah..babe...!

To those who want to know the place for work out in Kota Kinabalu area ,Bukit Padang can promise you the best place to work out. This place is quite nice .Besides fresh air ,You also may enjoy the view . 

Its only 20 minutes from Kota Kinabalu City. 

Welcome to Water World In bukit padang. You can bring ur family to do swimming activities here
Nice one to enjoy your Holiday while enjoy the Food or steamboat in Kampung Nelayan.
I've been here Kampung Nelayan Restaurant too many times ahahhah..LOL..it show me i really into food lover..i really enjoy their steamboat with reasonable price.

Remember those  all picture mention above are not allowed ;DLOL

To those who cannot control go to toilet please dun simply urinate here...LOL..this warning especially to man..ops!

The Jogging  place look like ..nice isnt?Full of peace and Green..far far away from pollution

While im walking i saw this Posted trees and i love to took a picture cos its really look unique.and need to show the world that we have such trees ahahah..Do you have this trees in your country??except in Asia..You know that Posted trees are parasites that live by riding on the other tree. This is how the can get food.You can found this tree in Bukit Padang..


This place not only for jogging but you can do walking. The different  of walking and running is walking you can save a lot of your energy but still can burn your calories while running you will use a lot of energy and can burn your calories as walking as well ahaha..So i decided to walked than jogging eheh..

When im getting tired i like to choose this way for short cut ..ahahha..while im enjoyed the fish and turtles on the water surface

So guys please dun say "cehhhhhh.............i thought what!jogging..its common cehhhh...i thought got special tips.."special tips what!:D Its useful what..i just remind you guys to more workout than after work go home , nothing to do , lay down and sleep..i know what you guys did last -tut---.....peace..!

 Live in good healthy and happiness .Remember Prevention is better than cure.
and the best medicine is smilee ^___^
Bah kalau datang KK jangan lupa jogging sini kasi meriah ni tempat supaya ramai orang mau pigi jogging kesihatan manusia pun meningkat eheheh... gud nitess..zzzzzZZZZ...^_^

Great post!
you know, with water-slides you burn a lot of calories! running towards the top of the slide, swimming out of the water to go up again, and all the laughter in between.
I also prefer walking, you get less tired and keep clean x)
