oh ya my advise "dun eat a lot of rice not good for your emotion,feelings and brain" my own research..im moody after eat a lot of rice ahhahahahahaha...but its good to keep make a joke than too serious beb..its easy to getting old..
Want to know my secret "Happy Always" even sometimes we are not but to pretend smile and laugh for sure can help to reduce you stress and wrenkless but most of the time my smile and laugh is real and true..its hard to know when im really getting mad..
When im getting mad my face will be like this:

but before i go zzzZZZZ better go for exercise 1st..
