My God how many Month searching for shop rental and doing research . What i found is shop rental in Sabah is mostly too higher . Ya i know Sabah especially in Kota Kinabalu there s a lot of development. As Sabahan im Happy for that. But what i see everywhere its seem lot of abandoned project espeacilly Shopping mall that is not rental in certain area. They charge the rental too higher while the place less of people. Than do you think you want to rental the shop if there s less of people ?the answer is in your hand.Sometimes people called it dead shopping mall or place.How the trades can survive with the rental too higher while less people. But i dun said the Development in Sabah is not good its a really really good only the problem is if there are development everywhere but the place look like a dead place..who gonna to survive. yeah maybe you But how bout others?LOL.. But dun worry you still can see the best Shopping Mall in Sabah that is Center Point in Kota Kinabalu and Wisma Merdeka..Because since im young until now both of shopping Mall never dead.Everyday people there. but how about other shopping Mall ,I think let me start from the first below ranking ..Like 1 Place Mall Putatan, Asia City, Lintas,Alam Mesra, 1Borneo (do you believe 1B first opening there s a lot people until u hard to count, but what happen now, sometimes there's less of people except for a certain days), Suria Sabah etc.

Before i thought Bazaar is one of where s the job is very tired and stress. but what i through from my experience Bazaar is where you enjoy selling you product while build relationship with you friend and customer..yes i said friend cos friend also is our customer.. no matter people surrounding you all of them are our customer.. This Bazaar is for handcraft Bazaar. Fee is free to those have sale handmade product and you also may sale another product that not handmade.. but if you sale stuff fully no handmade you need to pay the fee only RM25.00/day. you may sale with no fee as long as you have a handmade stuff... this is one of our handmade product-->>>

New minimum wages Announcement for private sector within Malaysia. The Announcement made by Dato's Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak today 30th April 2012 at TV3.Its a Labor day present this year. 2012 ;D
The Private Sector in Penisular Malaysia will receive minimum monthly at RM900.00 (97.070 USD), while the east Malaysia State like Sarawak, Sabah dan Labuan will get RM800.00 (264.034 USD) monthly.
This new policy will be affective within 6 month from the announcement been announce. This policy will not include for domestic job like maid, gardener etc.
Hopefully our Malaysia be happy with the new Private minimum wages .
And we pray and wish there s more opportunity and fairness at the future for us by our Prime Minister. Especially for our Bumiputra.

As a young generation im very proud with this hang bridge.. ;) because long long ago this bridge ever call the real lifesaver. because when the place flooded they will stop at the other side road and used this hang bridge go to tamu to buy food .
