A ferocious system of tornado-filled thunderstorms has claimed at least 250 lives in the past few days—with Alabama suffering the worst hit.

"It's been a devastating blow to the people of this community. adding that hundreds of businesses and homes were destroyed.fifteen people were killed in the town of 83,000 and about 100 more are in a local hospital.


God bless all the people in Alabama and Georgia and all the states affected by these terrible storms. Our hearts, prayers, and love, go out to the victims and their loved ones ..God bless the lost lives, and give us comfort again!!!

Ma Previous Working place with ma current working place=P

Ma study was completed in October 2009 and After Graduate, and looking for the job and finally 2nd Nov 2009, i found My 1st Experience working in Sutera Harbour . 5 Star Hotel. How i got job in this hotel??ok, 1st thing 1st i went to the Hotel and asked for the form for applying job. I filled the form and applied for the Administrator Management. i Passed ma form and ma resume to security, because normally security will pass the form to HR Department. if you outsider normally you are not allowed direct go to HR Depart.except you have an appointment..After in a week Janet, Admin in Sales Marketing Depart. called me and asked to came for interviewed. My fist interview i bit nervous but i tried ma best to acting confidence and pretend to be brave...chisss..ahaha..well done girl ahaha...i've been interview by interviewer that is Senior Director of Sales (Big boss in Sales in Marketing)Mdm Elaine Kwan, Another one is Senior Manager Sales and Marketing and Janet Admin itself...=P Woww too many interviewer...damnnnn ahahah...but its ok just pretend confidence..uhuh..

On that day i succed my interview and i got the job. but the job is not what i wanted to..actually im looking for admin field but its ok..as an Sales Coordinator also is good to get experience to go far..

Normally when you working in Hotel, there's a lot of job and stressfull..but what the best is in 1 month we have a lot of acitivity Staff gathering, Secretary Week, Birthday Party, etc..

other than that, if you are resigned they will arranged party as an appreciation..this is mostly apply to any manager or executive lah if luckyly ahahhaha..uiyyoooo mostly the food very nice and testy with fresh prawn ahaha..actually i Love fresh Prawnnn yummyyy...erm....

Yes Working in Hotel honestly its very busy ..and proud to them that can stand in Hotel too long.. but in Hotel i learn a lot..a lot...but unfortunately i dun love working as an sales coordinator..normally as ma position i prepare quotation to who wantted do some function in Hotel..In Hotel we have a variety of Market..so people dun be wrong if you are from Goverment pls looking for the person in charge for Government Market. This is because when you asked the Govern. Market the different market like korean market or Japan Market or Corporation Market normally they dun know the rate of Government Market..The rate Korean,Japan,Coorporate, Singapore , India , Government Market etc is got a different rate..

Ok lets talk who's  my Manager..She's have 5 Years exp in Hotel Line. She's quite good exp in Hotel Line. but i tell you people she's Seldom got time to her family even her Children even husband..Sometimes She's forgot to fetch her Son in School and got problem with her husband..so pity ma Manager..but she's quite good to me..She's always bring me testy food...ahhaha...yumyyy...but her job too messy..but thank God i always complaint her when the morning briefing to give me a full information about the client..because sometimes she's too busy and she's give me a little information about the client..how's you can doing you quotation and send to client..?????that y people if u r working in hotel line to less your stress make sure u get full information from your manager then you can doing your quotation with Smileeee yeahhh..ahahha....and dun too soft with your manager cos sometimes they bully u too ahahha...but luckyly i got manager that still understand when im too busy...sometimes she's give a little2 hand to help me ahahah...

Ok Now ..lets talk with my new and current working place...if you ask me what the different of this kind of job and i will answer a huge different..Currently im working in Construction Company..Here im working as an Administrator yes my field looking at..i ve been posting in Construction Site. 1st time i came to my Office in Site Honestly i felt bit weird and have big laugh...the Office look like old house ahaha..if you as girl never dream to wear skirt in Site hahhaha..there's a lot of foreman..ohh ya if u high class lady never working in site area lah...maybe you dun like dust and hot..at the 1st time i dun like to working at place but eventually i love it..you study a lot about construction ..eg ; you may learn how to read drawing or plan..and some construction material name...besttt bah ..but sometimes i miss working in Hotel line too but its okey..i will stay who i am now..and need to learn and learn and get my exp as much i can...

in Construction site u have a less stress and a bit free...free in term of dress cos before working in hotel line got own uniform..in construction site u may wear jeans and t shirt..but if got MD meeting must wear properly lah people..

Nah got much time to be crazy ahahaha..this is Crazy of happiness and when u in hotel u will be abnormal crazy ahahah

This is one type i learn...hey people i dun mean the brick one ..let see the damage one that cause of the pipe is not properly installed and need to reinstalled..this case will be raise case report and together with Corrective an action..lol..

This is because; We are not pretty, not succeed, lost friend, lost bf, over weight. etc yeah maybe ..

We can't see others success, beauty, smart while we are got nothing...we lost confidence in our self..all these is are factor...

What ever we deserve in our life we must be grateful and always be happy.
