Yeahhh... Manukan Island is located just 15 minutes away by boat from the city of Kota Kinabalu, Manukan is the second largest island of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine National Park. For the diver, the reefs at Manukan Island offer excellent crystal water and beautiful corals. For those who want to enjoy the scenery, take a leisurely stroll along the nature trail or simply laze by the long stretch of beautiful beach..
Stay overnight in the beautifully structured chalets, and lose yourself in the romance of a tropical island paradise. The island is also ideal for small tomedium-sized meeting groups.
Other than that, there are basic tourist facilities provided on the beach such as water-based activity centre (for renting kayaks, snorkeling gears, life jackets, etc), a small café and public bathroom.

Manukan island is a wonderful place for picnicking. Sometimes (although it is rarer nowadays), you may be visited by large Monitor lizards searching for a few scraps. Don't panic. Just give them some bread crumps and they will be happy to leave you alone. The restaurant at Manukan serves delicious tropical BBQ dishes to fill your hungry stomach after a swim in the sea or a dip in the resort's swimming pool. Set against a backdrop of a true tropical paradise, you will enjoy your BBQ lunch, or a BBQ dinner in the full view of a tropical sunset.
for me Manukan Island is quite beautiful and The best thing is the buffet is very testy....yam ytammmmmm eheheh....
